Job Description Summary
Responsible for leading audits and observations of work to evaluate program compliance with policies and procedures and adherence to grant requirements. Will ensure the development and compliance of standard operating procedures and the handling of personally identifiable information.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
One (1) year of experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, auditing, or compliance assurance, or related field.

Knowledge of program or grant policies and regulations.
Ability to translate policy to ensure accountability for all grant requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Knowledge in monitoring and assessing program compliance.

Develops and conducts routine internal audit processes to ensure compliance with TWC and AEL grant requirements. Monitors changes in laws or regulations, updating policies as needed.

Works with ESL Director to create and implement standard operating procedures and policies in accordance with the Workforce Innovation Act (WIOA) and the Texas Workforce Commission.

Provision of technical assistance for improvement and enhancement.
