This role is responsible for overseeing our dealer trade driver operations across multiple locations, ensuring all vehicle transfers are coordinated efficiently and accurately. This position plays a key role in supporting store operations and maintaining strong partnerships, including serving as the primary point of contact for the Costco Auto Program. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing logistics and cross-store coordination. This role is also highly relationship-driven, requiring strong communication and the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with our not only our drivers, but also store leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 23 drivers across 4 locations based on daily drive requests
- Coordinating and tracking driver assignments using Excel, CDK, and the Costco Auto Program
- Maintaining daily driver logs and tracking all completed drives
- Managing and maintaining distance pay logs for each location
- Organizing and maintaining driver request forms for all dealerships
- Generating payroll reports twice monthly
- Serving as the main point of contact for the Costco Auto Program
- Providing concierge services to VIP guests and clients
- Creating price stickers for the program and partnering with dealerships to resolve pricing discrepancies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
- Experience working with Excel and dealership systems (CDK preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of discretion and professionalism
- Interest in operations, logistics, or dealership support functions

Salary : $70,500 - $95,000
