What This Role Actually Looks Like
This is a hybrid service production role, but not in the overwhelming way most agencies structure it.
- You’ll manage and grow client relationships—not just react to emails all day
- Work warm leads and referrals (not pure cold calling)
- Handle endorsements, renewals, and coverage reviews with support
- Use AMS360 in a structured, organized workflow environment
Compensation (Transparent & Realistic)
- Base commission bonuses
- $65,000 – $85,000 first-year expected earnings
- Additional upside for producers who want to grow a book
