What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds / Punch Technician position at DEL DEVELOPMENT?
The Punch / Grounds Technician assists with maintaining the appearance of the community and preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete the make-ready/punch process for vacant apartments.
- Keep sidewalks, parking lots, breezeways, and common areas free of litter and debris.
- Empty outdoor trash cans, service dog waste stations, and maintain dumpster areas.
- Clean out and prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
- Complete minor painting, drywall patching, and basic repairs.
- Replace light bulbs, fixtures, switch plates, outlets, and minor plumbing components.
- Assist maintenance technicians with appliances, heavy lifting, and general property upkeep.
- Complete other maintenance and grounds duties as assigned.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
