We are currently hiring for our production areas on various shifts. Our associates enjoy the following:
- 3- day work week= 42hrs. Non-rotating shifts

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 years of manufacturing, automated machine operation, or production experience is preferred.
- Forklift Experience: Prior experience operating a forklift is a major plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort working with automated machinery, control panels, and computerized packaging systems in a modern SMART factory environment.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical awareness.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proven dependability, consistent attendance, and a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Physical Activity: Frequently standing and walking on concrete floors; frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs to access and adjust machinery.
- Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination to handle small labels, operate touch control panels, and use scanning equipment.
- Lifting Capacity: Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move tiles or material boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Work Environment: Operating in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing plant. Exposure to moderate-to-loud noise levels, dust, vibration, and temperature variations near production machinery is typical.
