Shift & Hours

• C-Shift
• Wednesday: Noon - 6PM
• Thursday - Saturday: 6AM - 6PM

Key Responsibilities

• Run tile presses in alignment with SOPs and daily schedules.
• Consistently achieve output and quality goals.
• Conduct routine inspections of green tile for dimensional and visual conformance.
• Lift and handle green tile safely throughout the shift.
• Execute die and frame changes and transfers per production plan.
• Tune press settings to address quality or process issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Escalate production or quality concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Capture production and quality data with accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA, lockout/tagout, PPE, and company safety protocols.
• Support additional tasks that advance safety, quality, and throughput.

Qualifications

• 1 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Highly motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience operating and monitoring automated production equipment.

• Safety Awareness: Strong adherence to OSHA requirements, LOTO, PPE, and hazard recognition.

• Dependability: Reliable attendance and follow-through.

Physical Demands

• Standing/walking for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
• Frequent hand use for tiles, tools, and press parts.
• Regular reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Climbing stairs/ladders to access equipment.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 60 lbs.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and vibration.
• Adequate vision and depth perception to monitor equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a production setting.

Work Environment

Manufacturing floor with moving machinery, uneven surfaces, and moderate to loud noise. PPE is mandatory (safety shoes, gloves, eye protection). Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and teamwork to achieve efficient operations.
