Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Sanitize work areas and adhere to food safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- Strong guest relations skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
