Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire an Apparel Salesperson at our Chula Vista location.
This is a hourly ($16.00/hour), full-time position plus commission with an average pay ranging between $50,000 to $60,000 a year. The pay range scale can fluctuate based on individual’s performance.

Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-7pm; Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding.
Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
You are a great fit if you can:
- Greet and assist all guests with an exceptional attitude and provide top-tier products and recommendations to ensure a seamless experience.
- Review all pending special orders and follow-up with guests on arrival or estimated time of arrival of items.
- Maintain apparel brand and specific assigned section. (Clean, price label, organize, remerchandise overstock onto salesfloor and apparel section).
- Ensure a proper handover of a guest from all sales personnel and also log, provide business cards and follow-up.
- Assist all guests with any returns or exchanges.
- Attain minimum A.I. sales goal monthly by fulling utilizing all available resources.
Other requirements and Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Retail Sales Experience preferred.
- Passion for Powersports preferred.
- Review and complete daily checklist.
- Complete all O.E.M. and product training pertinent to position.
- Monitor all inventory and report suspicious activity to direct manager immediately.
- Continually review basic selling skills and advance closing techniques.
- Communicate inventory improvement ideas.
- Assist parts counter with S.O. pickups and serve as back-up cashier.
- Process warranty claims on products.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous motorcycle or automobile service experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- This position reports directly to the Parts Manager.
Salary : $18 - $20
