Service Plumber

DEL-AIR Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration is a rapidly growing industry leader with seven locations serving Central Florida. We are seeking a knowledgeable and sales-driven Service Plumber to join our team. What You'll Do

As a Service Plumber, you will be the face of Del-Air, providing top-tier plumbing services and leveraging your expertise to identify and present additional solutions to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential plumbing issues with a high degree of technical skill.

• Acting as a "selling plumber" by confidently recommending additional services and product upgrades (e.g., new pipes, system upgrades) to customers.

• Clearly and professionally explaining the value and benefits of recommended solutions.

• Completing projects unsupervised and unassisted.

• Demonstrating a high level of accountability and professionalism to secure new referrals and repeat business.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience and a strong sales-oriented mindset.

• At least 3-4 years of residential plumbing experience.

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and plumbing practices.

• A proven ability to identify customer needs and present solutions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.

• You must be eligible to legally work in the United States, be at least 18 years of age, and be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
