What You'll Do:
Meet with homeowners, build relationships, and offer custom HVAC solutions they’ll love.
Represent the Del-Air brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Educate clients on the benefits of our top-quality systems and services.
Drive your own success through proactive sales techniques and consultative conversations.
Manage your pipeline like a pro with our company-provided tech tools.

What You Bring to the Table:
2 years of consultative, in-home sales experience (HVAC sales a huge plus!)
A goal-crushing mindset and proven closing success
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and a comfort with digital tools
A valid driver’s license and a professional, polished appearance
Bonus Points For:
5 years of HVAC or retail sales experience
Understanding the psychology of sales (know how to turn a “maybe” into a “YES!”)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your own schedule
