What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers to assess their electrical needs, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.
- Prepare and present accurate proposals, service plans, and financing options in a professional, customer-friendly manner.
- Provide education on electrical systems, upgrades, safety enhancements, and energy-efficient options.
- Collaborate closely with our licensed electricians and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build long-term relationships through trust, communication, and reliable follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed and organized records of all interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.
- Stay up to date on new electrical products, technologies, and industry trends.
What You Bring
- 2 years of sales experience in electrical, HVAC, or related home service industries (preferred).
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and residential services (training provided for the right candidate).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- A positive attitude, professional presence, and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
