Position Overview:
We’re hiring a friendly, dependable Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role is a mix of administrative work, customer support, and light sales assistance. If you enjoy being organized, helping people, and wearing a few different hats each day, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide general office support
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and follow up with customers
- Help prepare quotes and assist with sample orders and shipments
- Order materials for production, office and warehouse as needed
- Assist with managing incoming leads and online inquiries
- Enter customer info into QuickBooks and CRM systems
- Assist with paying bills and sending bookkeeping info to our outsourced accounting firm
- Assist with special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional phone manner
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word)
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to juggle tasks and prioritize in a small office setting
- Previous office or admin experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person
Job Details:
