Warehouse and Inventory Associate

About Dekoni Audio

Dekoni Audio makes premium replacement earpads, cables, and headphone accessories used by audiophiles, musicians, and audio professionals around the world. We sell online, on Amazon, and through dealers and distributors across North America, Europe, and beyond. Every one of those orders ships from our warehouse in Saddle Brook.

We are a small team. The person in this role will see the whole operation, not one corner of it.

The Role

You will handle the core warehouse work every day and make sure orders go out accurately and on time. We also need someone to take real ownership of our inventory data: keeping counts accurate across our systems, catching problems before they turn into backorders, and helping us tighten how we work. If you are the kind of person who builds a better spreadsheet without being asked, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, onsite in Saddle Brook, NJ

What You'll Do

Warehouse and fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and ship online, marketplace, and dealer orders, including international shipments
• Receive inbound freight, including overseas shipments, and check it against purchase orders
• Assemble cable kits and product bundles in house (light assembly)
• Process returns and exchanges
• Keep stock organized, labeled, and easy to find

Inventory and data

• Run regular cycle counts and keep inventory accurate in QuickBooks
• Reconcile stock levels across QuickBooks, Shopify, Amazon, and our shipping software, and track down the differences
• Maintain SKU, UPC, and product data so our records and listings match
• Track incoming purchase orders and flag items that are running low
• Build and maintain inventory and shipping reports in Excel or Google Sheets
• Spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to do things

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred (sharp candidates without it will be considered)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: sorting, filtering, lookups (VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP), and basic formulas. Pivot tables are a plus
• Accuracy. You double check your work because you care whether it is right
• You learn new software quickly and are comfortable switching between systems
• You communicate clearly and raise problems early instead of working around them
• You can manage your own day without someone checking in every hour
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand and move for most of the shift
• Reliable and on time

Bonus Points

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Teapplix, ShipStation, or UPS WorldShip
• Familiarity with international shipping paperwork (commercial invoices, HS codes)
• An interest in headphones, music, or audio gear
