Responsibilities:
- 90% of work is completed on-site at our customer's facility located around Elk Grove, IL
- Heavy Intune experience is required
- Provide IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues to the satisfaction of the end-user.
- Install, troubleshoot, and fix desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications.
- Troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills.
- Multitask and work with various deadlines.
- Complete tasks on-time.
- Function in stressful environments & situations.
Requirements:
- 10 years minimum of experience providing IT Infrastructure field support.
- Strong knowledge of business LAN and WAN setups, TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Skilled in desktop support and PC break/fix including administration of Windows OS, including Windows Server OS.
- Experience with anti-malware and anti-virus software.
- Experience with hypervisors, including Hyper-V and VM Ware.
- Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management as well as people skills.
- Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50lbs.
- Required skills: multi-task, desktop support, server support, malware removal, networking, active directory, exchange, ERP, help desk, and organized.
- You must have reliable transportation. Client sites are located throughout the Chicago suburbs.
