POSITION TITLE: Graduation Coach
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum B.S. Degree with certification in content area.
- Meets requirements set forth by federal regulations.
- Meet SDE graduation coach requirements.
REPORTS TO:
- Superintendent or Superintendent's designee and Principal or Principal's designee
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- See job description of TEACHER.
- Shall participate in SDE graduation coach training sessions.
- Will identify students in danger of not completing graduation requirements.
- Will work with students in danger of not completing graduation requirements.
- Will monitor and analyze data associated with graduation requirements.
- Shall organize and lead secondary intervention efforts.
- Shall perform any other position related duties as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Salary and work year to be in accordance with the current applicable salary schedule.
EVALUATION:
- Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy of Professional Personnel.
