Based out of the Boston Seaport office, this role involves regular travel to various job sites across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.The ideal candidate is experienced in high-end interior finish carpentry, including flooring, moldings, custom trim, cabinetry installation, bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, and detailed residential interior work. This is a hands-on position requiring strong craftsmanship, professionalism, and the ability to work within structured systems and coordinated project workflows.This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday work depending on project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-end finish carpentry including flooring installation, baseboards, casings, moldings, crown, and custom trim work.Execute kitchen and bathroom renovation tasks including layout, prep work, fixture installation support, and finish detailing.Install cabinetry, vanities, shelving, hardware, built-ins, and architectural finish components with precision.Assist with job site mobilization including material pickup, staging, equipment setup, and general organization.Maintain clean, orderly, and safe job sites in both occupied and unoccupied homes.Communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, project managers, and subcontractors.Read and follow scopes of work, drawings, finish schedules, and detailed technical documents.Uphold OSHA standards, company safety protocols, and structured workflow processes.Represent DeJesus Industries with professionalism and pride in workmanship at all times.Qualifications5–10 years of residential remodeling or finish carpentry experience required.Proven ability to deliver high-end finishes in kitchens, bathrooms, and interior residential spaces.Strong understanding of trim carpentry, flooring, cabinetry installation, and renovation sequencing.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to structured processes.Ability to travel regularly throughout MA & RI, including Cape Cod and Central MA.Reliable transportation required.A professional, unmarked work truck or van with essential tools is required.Strong communication skills, punctuality, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship.Ability to lift materials, work efficiently, and meet project deadlines with consistency.What We’re Looking ForA detail-oriented craftsperson who takes pride in producing exceptional work.Someone who is dependable, organized, communicative, and aligned with structured project systems.A motivated individual who brings a positive attitude, growth mindset, and passion for high-end residential renovation.Call to ActionIf you are a skilled finish carpenter ready to join a professional, structured team delivering high-quality residential renovations, we encourage you to apply.
