Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and bilingual (English/Farsi) Telemarketer for a part-time freelance position. The ideal candidate will conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule follow-ups within the construction, remodeling, and inspection sectors in California.
Note: All warm/cold leads and verified call lists will be fully provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold/warm calls to provided construction sector leads.
• Effectively qualify leads, present services professionally, and set up appointments.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of daily calls and follow-ups.
Requirements:
• Complete professional bilingual fluency in both English (business-level communication) and Farsi.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales within the US market.
• Prior experience or solid familiarity with the Construction, Real Estate, or Architecture industry is highly preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as a freelancer from Los Angeles.
