What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder position at Deines-Nitz Solution?
We are looking to expand, adding to the team!
Production Welder - Must have 1-year experience mig welding
Perform MIG weld based on project needs
De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve finished product
Ideal candidate would have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand and actively participate in continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Quality & Safety 1st. Must have a sense of pride in self.
Summary
As a Welder, you will contribute to high-quality fabrication and assembly projects, reporting to the shop supervisor or production team lead. You will apply your expertise in blueprint reading, pipe welding, fabrication, and basic mathematics to fabricate, assemble, and finish metal components to specification. Your skills in MIG welding, experience with steel material handling & processing, construction, rigging, along with your strong safety awareness, will drive precision and efficiency on this team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.60 - $21.93 per hour
