Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to shape DEHN’s visual identity and strengthen brand awareness in the U.S. market. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will collaborate with global marketing, product, engineering, and sales teams to transform technical concepts into compelling visual content. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting product launches, training programs, trade shows, and digital campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is passionate about building a localized brand presence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop U.S.-market–specific visual assets including brochures, product flyers, white papers, case studies, presentations, infographics, videos/touchscreens, social posts and trade show materials.
- Create digital content for web, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Adapt and localize global DEHN brand guidelines to ensure consistency while tailoring messaging for U.S. audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support campaigns, product launches, and customer education.
- Design visual storytelling materials that simplify technical topics for engineers, distributors, and end users; experience creating technical illustrations or infographics is a plus.
- Support trade shows and events with booth graphics, digital experiences, signage, and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, deadlines, and brand accuracy.
- Contribute to creative strategy by bringing fresh ideas, design trends, and user‑centric thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of professional design experience, ideally in B2B, industrial, or technical sectors.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean layout, typography, and brand‑driven design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and motion graphics or video editing.
- Experience with digital design including web graphics, social media, and UI‑adjacent work.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries.
- Experience supporting market expansion or brand localization.
