Studio Manager – Degree Wellness (Mount Pleasant, SC)

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on results, leads with positivity, and knows how to build both a strong team and a loyal member base.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $45,000–$50,000
• On-target earnings: up to $70,000 with performance bonuses
• Bonuses tied to membership growth, studio revenue, and key performance metrics

Your Impact:

• Drive membership sales and studio revenue—hit and exceed targets
• Build a welcoming, high-energy environment that keeps members coming back
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team that delivers five-star experiences
• Lead daily operations: scheduling, staffing, and in-studio execution
• Track performance and KPIs using real-time dashboards
• Lead by example—bringing energy, accountability, and positivity to the team

Ideal Experience:

• 1 year of team management in retail, fitness, wellness, or medspa.
• Strong sales record—hits targets, drives KPIs, and celebrates wins.
• Confident with POS/software (Mindbody or similar).
• Flexible for weekends/evenings.
• Relationship-builder with a solutions mindset.
