Role Description: This part-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based at the Degree Wellness studio in Auburn, AL. The RN will perform IV Drips, Nutrient Shots, and related wellness infusions according to established protocols, ensuring safe administration and a positive client experience. Daily responsibilities include conducting client assessments, reviewing medical histories, obtaining informed consent, and monitoring clients before, during, and after treatments. The nurse will educate clients on services, wellness plans, and safety considerations, while maintaining accurate documentation and electronic health records. Additional duties include maintaining clinical supply inventory, upholding infection control and sanitation standards, collaborating with studio team members, and supporting overall studio operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama; current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience with IV insertion, infusion therapy, and intramuscular injections in an outpatient, urgent care, med spa, or similar setting.
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and documentation skills, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and adherence to protocols.
- Excellent client communication and education abilities, including a professional, compassionate bedside manner and comfort discussing wellness services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, manage multiple clients, and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary studio team.
- Comfort using basic digital tools and electronic health records; ability to follow and update clinical procedures as needed.
- Interest in integrative wellness, preventive care, and longevity-focused services; prior med spa or wellness clinic experience is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours which may include evenings and weekends based on studio needs; ability to stand for extended periods, assist team members in cleaning service suites and equipment, and assist clients as needed.
