Registered Nurse (RN) – IV Therapy | Part-Time, Flexible Schedule
In-person position
Bring your IV skills to a more personal client experience.
Degree Wellness Middleton is seeking a personable, clinically confident Registered Nurse to provide IV hydration, vitamin infusions, NAD infusions, and nutrient injections at our Middleton wellness studio.
This role combines hands-on clinical care with client education and hospitality. You’ll build relationships with returning clients, help first-time visitors feel comfortable, and contribute to a welcoming, well-organized studio.
We offer up to 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling, making this an opportunity for a nurse seeking part-time work or additional hours alongside another position.
Strong IV placement skills are essential. Candidates must have at least six months of recent, regular experience starting peripheral IVs and be confident performing venipuncture.
What You’ll Do
- Review client health information and complete required screening according to established protocols.
- Start peripheral IVs and administer infusions and nutrient injections within your scope of practice and studio protocols.
- Monitor clients throughout treatment, document care accurately, and recognize and respond to adverse reactions.
- Explain treatments, answer questions within your scope, and help clients understand what to expect.
- Build rapport and provide attentive, professional care.
- Discuss appropriate services and membership options based on client interests, goals, and clinical eligibility.
- Prepare treatment areas, maintain infection-control standards, and manage clinical supplies.
- Assist with client check-in, scheduling, room turnover, and other studio responsibilities between treatments.
What You Bring
- An active RN license authorizing practice in Wisconsin.
- At least six months of recent, hands-on experience regularly starting peripheral IVs.
- Strong clinical judgment and a consistent commitment to client safety.
- Clear communication skills and a warm, professional approach.
- Comfort educating clients, recommending appropriate services, and supporting studio growth.
- Dependability and willingness to contribute to both clinical care and daily studio operations.
Experience in infusion nursing, emergency care, outpatient procedures, or another setting with frequent IV placement is especially valuable.
Licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with the required IV experience are also welcome to apply.
