Assistant Manager / Manager in Training

Degree Wellness is looking for a motivated, sales driven Assistant Manager who wants more than just a job. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people improve their health while developing the leadership skills needed to become a Studio Manager.

What You'll Do

You'll spend your day helping clients feel their best while growing the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Convert prospective clients into memberships through education and relationship building
• Recommend wellness plans based on each client's goals
• Drive monthly membership, IV, and retail sales
• Build relationships that create loyal, long-term members
• Lead by example by delivering exceptional client experiences
• Assist with hiring, coaching, and developing team members
• Help manage daily studio operations
• Track key performance metrics and celebrate wins
• Represent Degree Wellness at community and networking events
• Learn every aspect of running a successful wellness studio

• Has a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals

• Can build trust quickly and communicate confidently
• Wants to grow into a Studio Manager role
• Thrives in a fast paced environment
• Leads with positivity, accountability, and integrity
• Is available to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Experience

• Sales experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Membership, fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or service industry experience is a plus
• CRM or Mindbody experience is a bonus
