What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with positivity and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
- Educate members about our services and recommend tailored self-care routines.
- Convert first-time guests into loyal members through confident, consultative sales.
- Manage scheduling, phone inquiries, and point-of-sale transactions with precision.
- Keep our studio pristine and welcoming—reset rooms, restock, and ensure a calming vibe.
- Support member retention with follow-up and personal touches that build community.
- Collaborate with your team to create an energized, mission-driven environment.
You Bring:
- 1 year of customer service, retail, or sales experience.
- Friendly, enthusiastic energy and genuine interest in wellness.
- Tech-savvy with scheduling, phone, and POS systems.
- Flexibility for evenings/weekends.
