- Oversee daily operations: scheduling, staffing, marketing, and financials.

Ideal Experience:
- 1 year of team management in retail, fitness, wellness, or medspa.
- Strong sales record—hits targets, drives KPIs, and celebrates wins.
- Confident with POS/software (Mindbody or similar) and social media marketing.
- Flexible for weekends/evenings.
