What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Degree Middletown LLC & 0 Degree West Hartford LLC?
Counter crew
0 Degree is a non-discriminating small business employer and pioneers in our industry. This is a counter-service position that requires a bubbly and energetic person to manage multi-tasking at various stations to serve your customers. We sell an assortment of dessert products but mainly thai rolled ice cream and bubble teas. Staff will be trained to prep all products and keep the store clean and organized all day. You must know how to clean well, able to take instructions in a positive manner and open to constructive criticism. MUST be a team player, punctual and initiated.
Ideally, we are seeking 3 additional employees at this time (winter, low season) to support the existing crew in our Middletown store, but ALSO be able to work at our West Hartford store a occasionally. Preference will be given to candidates with their own transportation and can travel to and from both locations and home.
