What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Specialist - Trading Card Grading position at Degree Media, Inc?
Order Fulfillment Specialist – Trading Card Grading & Encapsulation
30–40 hrs/wk | Las Vegas, NV
THE ROLE
We’re a fast-growing trading-card grading lab looking for a detail-obsessed collector to keep our shipments flawless. If you treat every slab like it’s a 1-of-1 and can spot a centering issue from across the room, you’ll fit right in.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Pack & protect graded slabs and raw cards for hobbyists and investors—bubble mailers, dragon shields, perfect corners.
- Assemble feedback booklets with X-Acto precision: cut, staple, fold, QC. Every shipment leaves looking pro.
- Print, match, & ship labels—no mix-ups, no excuses.
- Hit daily output targets while keeping defect rates under 0.5%. Quality > quantity, always.
- Handle rare cards daily and learn real grading workflows from the inside.
WHO THRIVES HERE
- Active collector (any sport, era, or set). Be ready to geek out about your PC in the interview.
- Surgical hands—no creased sleeves, no mis-cuts, no “close enough.”
- Repetition junkie who still takes pride in the 1,000th perfect pack-out.
- Self-starter in a heads-down environment; reliable to the minute.
- Growth-minded—you want to level up to grader, QA, or team lead.
WHY US
- Niche, not warehouse. Work with cards people chase for decades.
- Clear career ladder into grading, quality control, or tech-lead roles.
- Your precision directly builds our reputation in the community.
- Small, tight team—your ideas get heard, your work gets noticed.
