Role Description
We are seeking an Architectural Designer or Intermediate Architect to join our team full time, in office. This role spans all phases of the architectural process, from pre-design through construction administration, and offers opportunities for growth with increasing responsibilities with experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in schematic design, building code research, and zoning analysis
- Advance design development through 3D models, renderings, diagrams, and presentation packages
- Produce well-crafted, coordinated construction drawings for permitting, bidding, and construction
- Lead Revit model production and maintain BIM standards
- Drive material selection and construction detailing, with guidance from senior staff
- Coordinate with consultants and collaborate with project team members
Qualifications
- Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- 3–6 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with visualization tools such as Enscape
- Strong understanding of wood-framed construction
- Active ARE progress preferred
