Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting in restocking items as needed.
- Support sales management by participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improving sales strategies.
- Conduct outbound sales efforts to reach potential customers and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proven experience in retail sales or related fields, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes.
- Ability to provide sales support through effective teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
- Experience in outbound sales initiatives is a plus for expanding market reach.
