Job Summary
We’re looking for a seasoned, highly capable plumber who can take ownership of jobs from start to finish. If you have strong experience in new construction, commercial plumbing, and boiler service, and you’re confident working independently in the field, this role is built for you. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-notch plumbing solutions with a focus on safety and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Handle all phases of plumbing work with minimal supervision
- Perform new construction rough-ins, trim-outs, commercial installs, and service work
- Diagnose issues onsite, develop a clear resolution plan, and provide accurate onsite estimates
- Service and troubleshoot boilers, hydronic systems, and heating-related plumbing
- Manage winter freeze‑ups, thawing, repairing, and preventing future failures
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company with integrity
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal in residential and commercial settings
- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively
Requirements
- 5 years professional plumbing experience (new construction & commercial strongly preferred)
- Skilled in troubleshooting, job assessment, and solution planning
- Comfortable providing onsite estimates and explaining work clearly to customers
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs

Pay: $31.74 - $43.50 per hour

- Plumbing: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Plumbing License (Preferred)
