Defy Medical is looking to capitalize on the momentum that comes with being a dedicated leader and innovator in the field of integrative wellness. A large part of that strategy is our growing sales team. Patient Liaisons are responsible for contacting inbound patient leads to provide an overview of Defy Medical’s services and assist new patients in starting individualized treatment plans. Patient Liaisons also partner closely with internal team members to advance patients through the intake process to achieve company revenue goals.
As a Patient Liaison, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced outbound call environment, be a self-starter who is comfortable managing their own time, be results and outcome oriented and above all, dedicated to exceeding sales goals while providing a positive patient experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Source new patient sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Maintain a 24-hour turnaround time on contacting all new inbound leads
- Develop a weekly call plan that consists of dedicated time slots to contact pending and new leads
- Responsible for accurate and complete patient information recorded in the CRM
- Maintain high-volume outgoing communications, with details logged in CRM
- Execute patient communication campaigns and maintain a follow up schedule until each lead is contacted
- Communicate between patient and appropriate Defy department to assist in the intake process as needed
- Follow established sales operating procedures and best practices
- Meet all performance expectations and regularly exceed sales goals
Skills:
- Capable of making a high volume of outbound telephone calls and emails daily
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse patients via phone and email
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Maintain above average attendance and punctuality
- Ability to learn detailed knowledge of integrative wellness and specific clinical treatments
- Willingness to work collaboratively and ability to demonstrate effective teamwork
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Must be self-starter and results-driven
- Experience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce)
- Must have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful
- Must have a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures
- Must have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, preferred not required
- Previous experience in inbound sales or related sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications
- Genuine interest in therapies related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone therapies
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.63 plus commission

- Phone sales: 2 years (Required)
