Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have several years of construction management experience. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, managing teams, managing material and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations on the construction site. Strong customer service and communication skills are a must. Candidates should have experience in various residential exterior materials installation methods.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate project schedules with install crew, ensuring that milestones are met.
- Build effective communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Utilize software tools such as LEAP CRM for project documentation and management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety protocols
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a solid understanding of construction management principles.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to construction sites.
- Experience using software tools such as a CRM for project management documentation is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Carpentry Skills
- Various industry knowledge
- Trailer & Arial lift experience knowledge
- Bilingual a plus
