What You’ll Do
- Greet customers with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm the moment they arrive.
- Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and translate them into accurate repair orders.
- Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs.
- Provide status updates, cost estimates, and explain repair details in an easy-to-understand way.
- Educate customers about factory maintenance schedules and value-added services.
- Manage warranty claims and follow BMW service standards and compliance processes.
- Strive to exceed CSI goals and deliver a seamless, premium experience every time.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (BMW or luxury brand experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you love connecting with people!
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of DMS systems (DealerTrack, CDK, or equivalent).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- A positive attitude, professional image, and team-first mentality.
