Summary
In this position you will be responsible for supporting the client experience within our Managed Services division. The Client Success Manager is a strategic partner to our clients, sales team, and support team by acting as a liaison between these work groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or a technology-related field and be an organized, detail-oriented, proactive person who enjoys providing support to a diverse team of individuals and clients. Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated internal resource for IT and voice clients
- Work with clients to identify technology gaps, initiatives and lifecycle management of hardware
- Prepare and present quotes for hardware, projects, warranty and subscription renewals
- Work with the technical team to prepare Statements of Work
- Lead client account reviews (in person or virtual), regular check-ins and project scope meetings
- Communicate and facilitate resolution on takeaway items from account reviews
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating projects as needed
- Help to research and vet IT solutions to meet client’s business needs, including new technology trends, promoting preferred vendor solutions and providing guidance and additional resources
- Promote tools to engage and improve client satisfaction
- Act as SME for IT offerings including security stack, backups, product suites and OEMs
- Perform regular auditing on assets, users and IT offerings to ensure accuracy with reporting and billing
- Participate in regular team meetings
- Provide a high-level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and courteous attitude when responding to customer requests
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent 5-7 years related experience
- Managed Services (IT, VoIP, SaaS) background or knowledge preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to attend and/or conduct client-facing meetings with professionalism and positive presence
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone skills

- Constant use of computer including keyboard and mouse
- Typing 40 WPM
- Valid driver's license
