About the Role


This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive, Managed Services. Based in Minneapolis, MN, the role combines office-based and remote work flexibility. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales efforts, delivering exceptional professional services, and overseeing sales operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client needs are met with tailored solutions aligned with their goals.

Qualifications


  • Experience in Account Management and building strong client relationships
  • Proven Sales and Sales Operations expertise, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with providing Professional Services and understanding business requirements
  • Strong Negotiation skills to close deals and secure client agreements effectively
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Knowledge of IT and managed services is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
