In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote and hands-on technical support to clients, researching and identifying solutions to issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining detailed logs of all interactions within our Helpdesk and Project Management System. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in various projects, including desktop rollouts, cloud and server builds/migrations, and network enhancements.
We are seeking candidates with a solid understanding of Windows 10 and Windows Server OS (2012 - 2022), and experience with Office 365 and networking fundamentals. Industry certifications like A , Network , or Security , are also highly desirable.

Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical, are essential to explain complex issues to clients in plain English. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a quarterly bonus opportunity. We also offer a 4/10 schedule with a rotating day off, and the option to join our on-call team with additional compensation.
