Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a UAT Lead to manage all User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role ensures that systems meet business requirements and are ready for production deployment through careful planning, coordination, execution, and defect management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead UAT planning, execution, and documentation efforts.
Develop UAT approach and test plans; obtain leadership approvals.
Gather UAT setup requirements and manage test script development and loading.
Coordinate and guide test teams on UAT execution and issue resolution processes.
Maintain a central repository for UAT documents, scripts, and related materials.
Triage, track, and assist in defect resolution and retesting.
Ensure adequate test coverage and independent review of all test cases.
Support validation of user materials and training resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful UAT delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or related field preferred.
3 years of experience leading UAT activities, ideally within healthcare or public health environments.
Strong understanding of UAT processes, SDLC, and defect tracking.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficient in test management and issue tracking tools.
