Customer Support Technician

We are seeking a Customer Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced enterprise IT environment. This role is responsible for supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, audiovisual equipment, and enterprise applications while delivering exceptional customer service to end users through both onsite and remote support.
Candidates must currently reside in or near the Boca Raton, FL area and be available to work onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support computer hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and scanners.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users.
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems using Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Assist with audiovisual setups and video conferencing technologies.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams on enterprise technology initiatives.
- Participate in after-hours on-call support and travel to remote locations as needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting enterprise IT operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
- Experience providing desktop or technical support in an IT environment.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively within a team.

- On-site position located in Boca Raton, FL.
- Standard business hours with participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.
- Local travel may be required.
