Detail Team Member - Part Time

Location: All club facilities Reports to: Operations Team Manager

The Detail Team Member ensures the highest level of facility cleanliness and safety through proactive monitoring and completion of assigned custodial tasks. You are expected to execute excellent customer service through daily duties and interactions by demonstrating the following qualities:

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

1. Detail, clean, and disinfect all internal and external areas of the club, including walkways and the parking lot.
2. Conduct routine walkthroughs, including but not limited to trash removal, locker room cleaning, and re-racking weights.
3. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
4. Communicate politely and respectfully with all team members.
5. Maintain an organized facility for members to utilize at all times.
6. Assist with large projects under supervision (e.g., painting).

Qualifications

1. Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
2. Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).
3. PC literate, including basic report-writing skills.
4. Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.
5. Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred. 

Physical Requirements

1. Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time. 
2. Must be able to lift and carry approximately fifty (50) pounds. 
3. Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write.
