Bilingual Client Relations Representative, Data Entry Focus

Defiant Law is hiring a Bilingual Client Relations Representative ASAP. English and Spanish fluency is required, no exceptions. This role is heavily detail driven with high volume, accurate data entry and documentation in Smokeball.We are not your typical law firm and we do not want typical team members. Our Client Relations Representatives are the heart and voice of our firm.We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Relations Representative with excellent communication skills, strong tech skills, and a real passion for helping people. This role requires strong data entry ability, careful documentation, and consistent follow through. We will train the right person, but bilingual and detail oriented are required.Key Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients: answer questions, provide updates, and guide them through the process• High volume, accurate data entry in Smokeball: detailed call notes, task updates, message logs, and case info• Respond to voicemails, emails, and Smokeball messages quickly and professionally• Manage and update inbound client tasks daily so nothing falls through the cracks• Collect documents and help clients complete forms and submit materials• De escalate concerns when possible and escalate complex issues to legal staff when needed• Maintain clean, detailed records of all communications and next steps• Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to keep cases movingRequired Skills and Qualifications:• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written, required, no exceptions• Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy• Excellent attention to detail and organization• Prior experience in client services, customer service, legal support, or similar• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software fast• CRM experience preferred, Smokeball is a plus• Calm, professional communication style under pressure• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast paced environmentTools You Will Use Daily:• Smokeball• RingCentral• MS Teams• MS OutlookBilingual SpanishData EntryCustomer ServiceLegal IntakeClient RelationsCRMSmokeballPhone EtiquetteDocumentationMicrosoft OutlookMicrosoft TeamsAttention to DetailWhy work at this companyYou have this lineBuild your career at Defiant Law with purpose, growth, and full benefits.Small tweak if you are not sure about “full benefits”Build your career at Defiant Law with purpose, growth, and a supportive team culture.Hiring company descriptionYours is good. Salary : $22 - $25
