Overview:
We are seeking a Foreman to join our team. You will be responsible for various tasks related to foundation construction and delegation. This is a physically demanding role that requires experience in frame carpentry, concrete finishing, and general carpentry. Duties:
- Oversee employees
- Perform regular safety checks and foundation inspections
- Perform foundation construction tasks according to project specifications
- Frame carpentry for foundation walls and structures
- Finish concrete surfaces for foundations
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately
Qualifications:
- Drivers License (Mandatory) CDL is a plus
- Proven experience in frame carpentry, concrete finishing, and general carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively (Mandatory)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ability to lead a team and diffuse conflicts
