This role will oversee marketing initiatives, assist with sales support, coordinate events, strengthen industry relationships, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain company branding across digital, print, signage, apparel, and marketing materials
- Manage website updates, social media scheduling, content coordination, and overall online presence
- Assist with graphic design, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and collaboration with external marketing partners
- Support sales and business development efforts through lead intake, follow-up communication, meeting scheduling, and pipeline management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, realtors, and community partners
- Coordinate company events, appreciation initiatives, and community engagement opportunities
- Create and manage photo and video content to support marketing and brand awareness efforts
- Identify networking and partnership opportunities that increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, event coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Professional relationship-building and networking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools
