Qualifications:
You may qualify at the GS-15, if you fulfill the following qualifications:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service:
- Providing vision and direction in leading a small high performing team in achieving results.
- Lead communication efforts across all forms (written, verbal, etc...) with high level officials to ensure the proper flow of critical information.
- Applying a broad-scoped understanding of DoD's CBRN-Defense and Counter WMD enterprise and functions.
- Possess a strong understanding of DoD Joint Operations, planning, and functions of a CCMD and high-level joint staff operations.
- Leading planning teams and working groups that provide actionable outcomes.
- Leading a customer focus in providing analytical support, developing projects, plans and policies, subject matter expertise and advice associated with countering WMDs and mitigating CBRN threats to the supported command.

Responsibilities:
As a COMBATANT COMMAND REPRESENTATIVE at the GS-0301-15 some of your typical work assignments may include:- Serve as the DTRA Director's representative to the supported command.
- On-site lead for the DTRA team at the supported command.
- Provides guidance and leadership to the DTRA team on-site.
- Coordinates with Headquarters Staff, Agencies, Commanders, and Senior Leaders of the supported command.
- Establishes working and professional relationships with key leaders and staff at the supported command(s) and DTRA HQ.
- Communicates customer challenges or deficiencies (gaps) that can be addressed by DTRA capabilities.
- Advises DTRA leadership and staff on combatant command issues and integration of DTRA capabilities.
- Maintains situational awareness of the supported commands operations, activities and initiatives.
- Advises and assists planners with design, planning and execution of the Agency's involvement in the supported commands joint training events and joint exercises.
- Makes determinations and recommendations of required DTRA capabilities in response to crisis and conflict.
- Assists in coordinating key leader engagements and correspondence with the supported command.
