Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular checks of premises using CCTV and surveillance equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or disturbances.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide first aid or CPR assistance when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents or breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Manage conflicts effectively to de-escalate potentially dangerous situations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Certification in loss prevention is a plus.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Proficient in using CCTV and other surveillance technologies.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
