To qualify at the GS-07 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. To qualify at the GS-09 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: GS-07: Responding to and handling incoming and outgoing suspense. GS-09: Applying fact-finding and evaluation skills to ensure compliance with regulations and presenting findings in a clear and understandable manner. **Major Duties**
- If selected at the GS-07 level, duties will be performed in a developmental capacity.
- Provides business resource requirements support for the Installation Management Site Business Office.
- Analyzes financial statements to resolve or recommend resolution of problems with financial programs concerning project objectives, policies, work operation and progress, resources estimates and utilization, extra-and inter-program balances etc.
- Collaborates with operation officials of various functions, within and outside of the agency programs, to help ensure that the program’s goals in procurement, manpower and facilities are met in a timely manner.
- Provides status reports, graphs and charts, depicting actual versus projected rates and facilities commitments, goals and objectives of the directorate.
- Provides administrative support to a variety of team working groups, organizing and planning for conferences, preparing agendas, and finalizing minutes.
- Conducts program and management support to site business operations to include handling suspense; training management and coordination; managing record keeping and input within DLA systems such as EAGLE, Defense Travel System (DTS) and TMT.
