**Major Duties**
- Serves as senior member or coordinator of project/program support team responsible for business systems requirements assessment, evaluation, analysis, elicitation, interpretation, planning, design, documentation, testing, validation, implementation;
- and maintenance of an assigned area/subsystem such as the Warehouse Management System (WMS), the Distribution Standard System (DSS}, the Vendor Shipping Module (VSM}, and other applications supported by the portfolio.
- Evaluates and analyzes the customer's business system requirements feasibility, cost-effectiveness, integrity, completeness, compliance, computability and testability.
- Assists in the evaluation, selection, and integration of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS} and/or Government-off- the-shelf (GOTS} solutions.
- Manages Service Now (SNOW) application incidents pertaining to warehouse related functionality and processes to include receiving, stow, pick, and pack.
- Focuses on managing logistics outside the warehouse, including planning, executing and optimizing shipments, route optimization, and freight tracking.
- Identifies and defines system interface requirements for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, integrity, completeness, compliance, compatibility, and testability.
- Tests and validates that all software modifications meet system specifications and fulfill the approved business system requirements.
- Conducts and participates in research and investigation of technological developments that have potential to improve the design, documentation, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software.
- The incumbent must have a clear understanding of applicable audit readiness end-to-end processes within a process management functional area - to include manual and system processes and their associated internal controls.
