Attention to Detail - experience reviewing my own information technology-related work or data and have been responsible for reviewing the work of others to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standards
Customer Service - developing and maintaining relationships with customers, anticipating and assessing the current and future information technology needs of customers, and developing or identifying information technology products or services that are tailored to meet customer needs
Oral Communication - briefing senior-level management and IT staff on the status of information technology systems, projects, or daily operations, including the communication of complex technical information to a non-technical audience
Problem Solving - identifying alternatives to address unique, highly complex, or sensitive information technology-related issues. I have anticipated information technology-related problems and have identified and evaluated potential sources of information to generate alternative solutions.
In addition to meeting the basic requirement, applicants must possess qualifying experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.
For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience in performing duties such as leading a technical team in cyber intelligence operations or providing expert analysis and strategic advice on complex security matters to senior leadership.
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.?

- Leads the DISA Intelligence Support Element (DISE), providing supervision and technical oversight to a highly technical staff of military and civilian personnel.
- Serves as a recognized authority on cyber intelligence, representing DISA in high-level meetings and advising senior leadership on policy and operational matters.
- Advises senior leadership on organizational goals, evaluates operational performance, and directs policy changes, resource allocation, and long-range planning for the DISE.
- Creates and manages tasks, objectives, budgets, and schedules to meet OSD, Joint Staff, and DISA objectives, ensuring legal compliance and efficient resource management.
- Provides technical and operational guidance on complex intelligence matters, directs analysis of operational changes, and leads various groups and committees to achieve goals.

You may be required, as a condition of employment, to take the series of anthrax vaccine immunizations to include annual boosters. This may also include other immunizations that may in the future be required for this position, or for a position you may fill as an emergency-essential alternate.
