Responsibilities
Integrate Health Informatics Technology (HIT) applications into trainings.
Provide guidance to analysts and trainers regarding modifications to existing training plans and materials.
Develop training programs by reviewing systems, lesson plans, instructional materials, program evaluations, and participant outcomes.
Present HIT education content and compliance briefs to Network leaders and other stakeholders.
Provide plans, assessments, and analysis of the mission to ensure Implementation and Sustainment of the program's quality and effectiveness.
Perform HIT issue analysis to identify knowledge gaps.
Generate functional guidance to aid issue resolution.
Identify, analyze, and develop new business practices and policies.
Qualifications
Experience in building and executing training programs in the Health Informatics/Electronic Health Record space at a high level
Collaborating with and leading large distributed teams with shared strategic vision
Deep experience building and working within cross-functional teams to advance organizational goals in the Health IT/Health Informatics space
