Qualifications
To qualify for an IT Specialist (Data Management), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-03 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-02 or GS-11 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.

Help
- Provides comprehensive Onboarding support in SharePoint to provide hands on Onboarding sessions to varying audience types.
- Maintains user and group permissions within the SharePoint environment, monitoring storage quotas and interfacing with DCMA IT to resolve or request additional storage space as needed.
- Develops local business process with workflows, customized lists, and/or document libraries.
- Performs file and data maintenance through evaluation of file storage needs to ensure accessibility and search ability of the organizations enterprise documents.
- Develops methods for automating business and administrative processes by considering interrelationships of datasets and meaningful reporting.
- Coordinates with DCMAIT systems administrators to make changes and adjustments to software configurations to adequately respond to user requirements.
- Uses established workflows and query results to build schedules used by functional personnel to conduct surveillance planning on assigned contracts.

- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint.
- Writing SQL queries.
- Identifying work processes and recommending automated solutions.
- Developing new and unique programming techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of information assurance regulations and policies.
