Summary
We are seeking experienced Provisioners to join our team in Aberdeen, MD.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of responsibilities in support of Program Office property management. Perform those responsibilities in a manner that maintains positive and constructive relations with associated parties.
- Responsible for the maintenance of records and issuance of required reports concerning government and customer-owned property from its receipt at the company to its final disposition after contract completion or termination.
- Maintain auditable records of government-owned property located at the facility and associated vendor/subcontractor facilities. Ensure that the records include authority to have the property and an audit trail of receipt, inspection, cost, classification, periodic inventory, maintenance, and final disposition.
- Reviews vendor/subcontractors control of government property in coordination with the Purchasing and Subcontracts Departments.
- Administers property control program activities to ensure accountability of property. Prepares and maintains property accountability records. Conducts property inventories. Provides guidance on policy and/or regulations pertaining to property accountability.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 3 yrs experience, or 7yrs experience without degree
- Detailed Orientated
- Proficient in MS Office Products (PowerPoint/Adobe/Word/Outlook)
- Extensive experience with Excel (VLOOKUP/formulas/etc)
- Team Player (flexible/agile)
- Meets deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills/can brief (all) different levels
- Mission driven
- Can read, understand, and apply regulations to make decisions
